NutriTrace is a nutrition and symptom-tracking app. It works fully offline in Guest mode, and offers an optional account for sync across devices.
All data — meals, symptoms, journal entries, lab values — stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), with an optional end-to-end encrypted vault for cloud sync. Push tokens are deleted on sign-out. Opt-in diagnostics use a fixed, allowlisted set of event names — no free-form health text is ever included.
NutriTrace does not sell data to brokers and does not use the data it collects for third-party advertising.
Guest-mode data is removed by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage. Signed-in users can request account and data deletion via the in-app support contact.
