ShiftSync — Privacy Policy

ShiftSync is a shift-work calendar. It stores your schedule and preferences in your account so they can sync across your devices and with Google Calendar.

What we collect

• Account info — email address, authentication identifier
• Your shift schedule, recurring patterns, and work profile
• Family-sharing links you create, and the shifts you choose to share through them
• Google Calendar sync tokens, if you connect that integration

AI shift entry

If you use the plain-English shift entry feature, the text you type is sent to our AI provider to convert it into a structured schedule. It is not used to train models and is not retained beyond processing your request.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Your choices

You can delete your shifts, disconnect Google Calendar, or request account deletion at any time from Settings or by contacting us (below).
