The Shit-Covered Stick — Privacy Policy

The Shit-Covered Stick shows you a single koan and waits — sometimes hours, sometimes days — before showing you another. It has no accounts, no network features, and nothing to say about you to anyone else.

Data stored on device

• Which koans have been shown to you, and when
• App preferences (theme, notification timing, if enabled)

All of this stays in local app storage on your device. It is never transmitted anywhere.

Notifications

If you enable them, notifications that a new koan has arrived are scheduled locally through the OS notification system. No content is sent to an external server to make this happen.

Third parties

This app does not integrate analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs.
